How plans work

Start on Free to explore the dashboard with short educational teasers: limited stock/expert rows, a short Form 4 line-item sample, a short 8-K event sample, a fundamentals snapshot sample for covered issuers, and a short Form D offerings sample. Upgrade to Pro (HK$40/mo via Stripe) when you want longer Form 4 / 8-K / fundamentals / Form D lists, CSV export, and fuller scoring tables—now sitting on deeper + wider covered-issuer history (8-K roughly ~1999→2026 on ~591 CIKs; XBRL end dates roughly ~2018→Sep 2026 on ~494 CIKs; Form 3/4/5 line tables are market-wide by quarter with filings about 2018-01-02→2026-09-30 and ~1,773,788 submissions; Form D offerings about ~472,993 rows with filed dates ~2020-07-01→2026-09-30 and source_quarter about 2020q3–2026q3—pre-2020q3 empty for the current loader; stock_prices roughly 2018-01-02→2026-10-09 on ~9.7M rows; approximate and subject to loader refresh)—plus deeper insider/13F views. Soft Free/Pro sample lengths are unchanged. Elite and Enterprise add alerts, API access, and custom analytics for teams that need more than a single-researcher workflow.

What you get at each level

Free is designed for learning vocabulary on real tables and reading public guides. Pro is the standard individual research plan for longer lists and CSV on deeper + wider covered-issuer history. Soft gates match the authenticated stock research view: Free Form 4, 8-K, and Form D teasers are short samples; Pro unlocks longer lists plus CSV; Free fundamentals show a latest-style snapshot while Pro unlocks longer history plus CSV. Elite adds automation and API-oriented features. Enterprise is scoped with us for bulk access and white-label needs. CIK width for 8-K (~591) and XBRL fundamentals (~494) is wider than the early pilot—and 8-K history now reaches toward ~1999—but we still do not claim a complete U.S. market. Form 3/4/5 remains market-wide by quarter within its loaded window (~2018-01-02→2026-09-30). Form D empty [] for a ticker with no notice in the loaded quarters (~2020q3 onward for the current loader) is normal—not a product failure. Derived insider_summary_new remains as of 2026-06-07; predictions are unchanged; macros (Treasury/SOFR/BLS) ship as loaded.
